Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning

Organizations often struggle to get their arms around an actionable long-term strategy.  Strategic thinking often best occurs in a distraction-free zone away from the daily grind.  And formal strategic planning should take place at least once a year.

Whether developing a 3-5 year strategy or solving a specific problem, strategic planning involves a process.  It may involve identifying products and product development needs, financial requirements, and market entries, all on a timeline.

Large or small organizations, for-profit or non-profit, a specific methodology is used to develop a strategic plan, but is flexible to your organizations needs.

Some of the strategy support tools include technology roadmapping, business planning, and marketing strategy.
